There is a HKD$200 discount for your 2nd dog in the same class.

I confirm that my dog has received his/her required course of vaccination not less than 7 days prior to his/her first class and is currently up to date with his/her schedule, I hereby submit a vaccination certificate as proof.
I understand and agree that in admitting my dog, the SPCA(HK) has relied on my representation that my dog is in good health. I agree to inform the SPCA(HK) prior to the commencement of each class if my dog is ill, or has received recent veterinary attention at the SPCA(HK) or at a private clinic, and can provide the medical details if required. I further understand that participation in the course is at the discretion of the veterinary surgeon or trainer in charge of the course.
I understand that attendance of the course is not without risk to myself, members of my family or guests who may attend, or to my dog, because some of the dogs to which I (we) will be exposed may be difficult to control and may be the cause of injury even when handled with the greatest amount of care. I hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless the SPCA(HK), its employees and agents from any and all claims by any member of my family or any other person accompanying me to any training session or function of the SPCA(HK) or while on the grounds or the surrounding area thereto as a result of any action by any dog, including my own.
I understand and agree that any problem that develops with my dog will be treated as deemed best by the staff of the SPCA(HK), and that I assume full financial responsibility for all expenses involved.
I understand and agree that a refund will be provided only for class cancellations made by the SPCA(HK). The cheque will be sent to the participant within 4 weeks. The SPCA(HK) only accepts changes made with a 14-day notice prior to the first lesson. A handling fee of HK$100 will be charged for every lesson.

*PLEASE NOTE : If your dog develops an infectious disease, please DO NOT bring him/her to class. Contact the trainer, who will try to reschedule classes for you if possible. The SPCA(HK) will NOT permit dogs with an infectious disease to attend training classes.
